There are no existing plans or plan holder lists for this job.*** Equipment, supplies, labor, and removal of all leftover materials and debris included. Install one external wheelchair ramp at a private residence. Materials used will be lowest cost materials available to meet the needs of the agency in compliance with IAC 79.9 (2). All framing, decking, and railings will be treated lumber. Ramp will be handicap accessible and will comply with Americans with Disabilities Act guidelines with a slope of less than one inch of drop per one foot of slope. Work will take place at a private residence in Fort Dodge, Iowa. All work will comply with current State of Iowa and Webster County residential building codes.
