Please note: Interested vendors must provide responses to the following questions before access is granted to the solicitation:
1. Does your firm have direct on-the-ground experience conducting representative nationwide surveys in West Africa, including drawing probability-based samples of general populations, administering surveys, and managing survey fieldwork? Please note that this refers to your own firm, not to sub-contractors which your firm has hired. If so, briefly describe the nature and scope of the projects your firm has conducted.
2. Has your firm worked through subcontractors to conduct representative nationwide surveys of general populations in West Africa? If so, please provide a list of subcontractors you have used, and describe the projects you have subcontracted to these firms in the last five years.
