into a single source contract with Revelation Software Concepts Pty Ltd. No vendors responded to the single source posting.Therefore, the Department intends to award a single source contract to Revelation Software Concepts Pty Ltd.Pursuant to Chapter 120.057(3), Florida Statutes, the posting of this Notice of Intended Decision to enter into a Single Source Contract will commence on April 1, 2020, at 05:00 PM, and continue for 72 hours excluding holidays and weekends until April 6, 2020, at 05:00 PM.Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.057(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to file a bond or other security within the time allowed for filing a bond, shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
