SW Port St. Lucie Blvd. & SW Cameo Blvd. Intersection Improvements

The City of Port St. Lucie (City) requires construction services for the SW Port St. Lucie Blvd. and SW Cameo Blvd. Intersection Improvements. The intersection improvements are as follows: • SW Port St. Lucie Blvd. from SW Cameo Blvd. to SW Chestnut Ln. o Clearing and grubbing o Extension of various turn lanes including full depth reconstruction of roadway o Signalization work including construction of mast arms and drill shafts. o Installation of sidewalk, curbing, and traffic separators o Signing and pavement markings o Utility adjustments as needed. • SW Cameo Blvd. at SW Port St. Lucie Blvd. o Clearing and grubbing o Full depth reconstruction of roadway o Signalization work including construction of mast arms and drill shafts. o Installation of sidewalk, curbing, and traffic separators o Signing and pavement markings o Utility adjustments as needed. o Drainage improvements The work shall be in accordance with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Standard Plans and Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction (FY 2022-2023). The Contractor is to provide a complete project as shown and described in the contract documents, bid specifications and project plan set prepared by Culpepper & Terpening, Inc. consisting of the following: • Port St. Lucie Blvd & Cameo Blvd Intersection Improvements Plan Sheets 1 to 15 The Contractor shall provide all materials, supplies, labor, and equipment necessary for a complete project based on all specifications and any contract amendments that may be deemed necessary. The construction contract period is two hundred seventy (270) calendar days with no option for renewal.Show
