The Port of Coupeville is seeking proposals for engineering work from interested parties for creating plans for upgraded septic tank design for the Historic Coupeville Wharf located in Coupeville, Washington. Heat trace to tank and pipes Remove and replace the septic tank with a new, larger septic tank and add ventilation. Grease trap moved to new location and added ventilation.
