The selection procedure will be in accordance with Florida Statute 287.055 as amended. A minimum of three (3) firms will be selected to provide services on a project-by-project basis. Selection for continuing professional services does not guarantee assignment to any project or any services. The City of Ft. Pierce retains the right to negotiate with any firm on any project, whether or not the firm is one with which we have a present contract.
