Description: Request for Proposal City of Cumming Police Department Patrol Vehicles The City of Cumming is requesting proposals from qualified dealerships for Two (2) Police Package Sport Utility Vehicles (SUV) or Police Package Sedans for the Cumming Police Department. Proposals should be typed or submitted in ink and returned in a sealed container marked on the outside with Cumming Police Department Vehicle Request and City of Cumming, 100 Main Street, Cumming, GA 30040. Proposals will be received until April 26, 2022 at 11:00 am at Cumming City Hall second floor receptionist desk or by mail. Any Proposal received after this date and time will not be accepted. Questions regarding the vehicles should be directed to Sgt. Anthony Hodgkins, Cumming Police Department, 678-780-1612 or thodgkins@cummingpd.net, no later than April 12, 2022 at 3:30 PM. Proposals are legal and binding upon submission. All proposals to be submitted in duplicate. Awarded dealership will be contacted within 120 days of proposal due date.
