Supplier will book all City-related travel including airfare, train, hotel, and rental car reservations, and facilitate payment of services via credit card accounts for authorized City Travel Coordinators, via supplier's online booking website or via travel consultant contact. Supplier will also assist travelers with support services during travel during business hours and after business hours in the event changes to travel plans are needed. Supplier will partner with City Travel Administrator to ensure all aspects of the City travel policy are strictly adhered to. Supplier will provide reporting that will allow City Travel

Administrator the ability to verify employee compliance with travel booking and expense policy, and help manage overall City travel budget of approximately $500k annually.
