REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING DESIGN & ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES FOR THE CROWN HEIGHTS RESOURCE CENTER

The City of Oceanside (“City”) is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide Architectural and Engineering Design and Environmental Services for the rehabilitation of the Crown Heights Community Resource Center Building (CHCRCB) for the preparation of the required environmental documentation and the tentative and engineering plans for the CHCRCB site. The scope of work will include traditional architectural design services including Schematic Design (SD); Design Development (DD), Environmental, and Permitting; Construction Documents (CD); Bid Phase (BP); and Construction Administration (CA). The design and construction process will be a traditional design-bid-build process and construction services will be procured through a public bidding process led by the City. The CHCRCB was placed on the National Register of Historical Places in 1994.
