RFP Building Facility Asset Management Plan & Energy Modeling Project Description :This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Vernon (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of professional services to execute a Building Facility Asset Management Plan & Energy Modeling. The City of Vernon invites Proposals to perform detailed condition assessments and focused energy assessments for its owned facility assets. The assessment will be used as part of an updated comprehensive Building Facility Asset Management Plan to provide planned and efficient application of capital and operational budgets for City-owned buildings.
