The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to acquire a qualified professional firm for Enterprise Audit & Compliance Modernization services. As part of its administrative function, USAC performs, subject to FCC oversight, the billing, collection, and disbursement functions associated with the USF and the Support Mechanisms.
