performed under this contract generally consists of but is not limited to the\nfollowing: Replace ceiling light fixtures, replace carpet, reconfigure walls, install doors, install\ncubicles, painting, flooring; and other work as specified in the Contract Documents, and as\ndirected by the City Engineer.\n\nEach bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or Bidder's Bond executed\nby aresponsible corporate surety authorized to issue such bonds in the State of California and\nsecured through an authorized agent with an office in California, payable to the City of Oakley,\nin an amount not less than ten percent (10%) ofthe amount ofthe Base Bid.
