Storrow Park Phase 2 Improvements IFB

CITY OF LAWRENCE INVITATION FOR BIDS The City of Lawrence’s Office of Planning and Development (Awarding Authority) invites sealed bids for the Storrow Park Phase 2 project in accordance with the documents prepared by the City of Lawrence and Groundview. Sealed Bids, marked SEALED BID- STORROW PARK PHASE 2 will be received until 11:00 a.m. October 20, 2021 at the Office of Planning and Development, 12 Methuen Street, Lawrence, MA 01840, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. The scope of work includes: Installation of asphalt paths, site lighting, drainage, landscaping, and site amenities. A non-mandatory site walk is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on October 13, 2021. Interested bidders seeking further information about the project are encouraged to visit the site and submit questions to the city. Addendum #1 - issued 10/18/2021
