Inmate Phones, Video Visitation, and Inmate Tablet System for Coconino County Detention Facility

Description: The purpose of this RFP is to ensure the acquisition of a turnkey, fully operational, secure and reliable inmate telephone, video visitation and tablets system in the Coconino County Detention Facilities. The objectives of the Sheriff’s Office/Jail District are to ensure that inmate usage is appropriately restricted and monitored; telephone harassment of victims and witnesses is prevented; staff time required to administer the system is kept to a minimum; information is maximized while call rates are provided at a reasonable cost to the inmates and their families. The District is seeking a single Independent Contractor with end-to-end responsibility for these services and equipment. Sub-Contractor relationships may only be permitted with approval of the District. Neither the District nor the County shall bear responsibility for any costs associated with the system.
