Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, bonds, and personnel to: provide the DSH with a comprehensive water treatment program for the Central Utility Plant (CUP) with all required chemicals on a bi-monthly (two times a month) basis.
