Bidders may use their browser to access the meeting or a Microsoft® Teams application.    Important Note:  In order to receive the Teams™ calendar invitation to the pre-proposal on-line video conference, Offerors must pre-register.   Following the on-line video conference, the presentation materials will be posted to the Electronic State Business Daily. Register in advance using this link: CONFERENCE REGISTRATION Prior to the online video conference, TPWD will send an email calendar invitation containing information about joining the online video conference to each requestor. Register for the Pre-Bid Conference by 5:00 PM; May 16, 2021 to ensure timely receipt of a calendar invitation.  Site Visit  An opportunity to visit the site to examine conditions is available on May 18, 2021 at 10:00 AM (Central Time).    Visitors shall meet and park at the Palo Pinto Mountains RESIDENCE located at 1915 FM 2372, Strawn, TX 76475.   Travellers coming from Interstate 20 shall take Highway 16 heading north to the City of Strawn.  Once with the Strawn business district, turn left on to Walnut Street/FM 2372 to head west.   The residence at #1915 is approximately 2 miles from the junction of Highway 16 and Walnut Street/FM 2372.    All attendees must arrive no later than 9:45 AM.   The park staff  will greet attendees and convene the site visit promptly at 10:00 AM.      This site visit is not mandatory, however, TPWD strongly encourages potential bidders to view the project site and offers no guarantee that the project site will be accessible to potential bidders at any time other than the time specified in this solicitation package.  Failure to take advantage of the site visit time listed herein may result in potential bidders who are unable to visit the project site at all.  Failure to give proper consideration to site conditions when preparing the bid will not constitute grounds for additional compensation.  Attendees are reminded that the site visit is offered only as a coordinated opportunity for bidders to view onsite conditions and that bidder questions will not be addressed during the visit.     Contact Information For information regarding administration of the contract, contact Contract Manager, Nicole Chupka- CTPM, CTCM using nicole.chupka@tpwd.texas.gov or 512-389-8823.    Solicitation Documents and all addenda may be obtained at the Comptroller’s website under Electronic State Business Daily (ESBD) at http://www.txsmartbuy.com/sp.
