Orders charged upon delivery/shipment. INVOICING: Invoices shall be submitted after completion of work to the requesting agency. Payment shall be after receipt of invoice and acceptance of the work to the State’s satisfaction. PICKUP TIME: Within three (3) business
days of request DELIVERY TIME: Within five (5) business days of pick up F.O.B.: F.O.B. Destination to any location within the State of New Hampshire MINIMUM ORDERS: There is no minimum order required under this contract. ORDERING: State agencies will place their orders direct to vendor by electronic order entry, by e-mail, by FAX, or they may establish a standard delivery order. Political sub-divisions and authorized non-profit organizations will utilize their own individually established ordering procedures. USAGE REPORTING: Contractor shall be required to submit usage reports for analysis to the Division of Procurement and Support Services, Purchasing Agent/Contract Manager. Contract Number (State of New Hampshire Contract # and Multi-State Contract Number/Agreement Reference). Utilizing Agency and Eligible Participants Items sold and/or all products purchased (showing the Manufacturer, item, part number, and the final cost) Total cost of all products purchased. Ability to sort as needed from any category, including Agency and/or eligible participant Excel or CSV formatted document or other compatible document PRICING: DESCRIPTION UNIT COST BDR-W retread size 11r22.5 $180.06 BDR-W retread size 11r24.5 $181.96 BDR-W section repair, 1⁄4” $21.50 SCOPE OF SERVICES: 1. SCOPE: Retreading truck tires, sizes 11R22.5 tubeless and 11R24.5 tubeless. Only pre-cure retreads of the Bandag BDR-W tread design process will be accepted. 2. CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS: Contractor must utilize retread manufacturers having a cooperative tire qualification program (CTQP), and belonging to tire industry association (TIA). All materials, workmanship and retread shop practices shall conform to the most recent edition of federal specifications ZZ-T-381 and ZZ-T-441. 3. PRODUCT: Only pre-cure Bandag BDR-W tread design will be accepted, minimum tread depth shall be 27/32". In the event the BDR-W tread design is no longer manufactured during the contract term, the Contractor shall supply its successor in place at no additional cost. The Contractor shall notify State no less than thirty (30) calendar days in advance. 4. PICKUP/DELIVERY: The Contractor shall pick up casings within three (3) business days of request at NH State Highway Garage in Concord during normal working hours and return completed retreads within five (5) business days of pick up. All transportation charges shall be borne by the Contractor. The State shall have the option of establishing a scheduled pickup day as to not require constant requests to the contractor. State will not call the Contractor for pickup of less than five (5) casings. 5. REPORTING: Any tire casing deemed unusable must be returned to its pick up point with a NRC (not RFB #2639-23 Page 3 retreadable casing) document. The NRC document shall list all pertinent information as to why the tire casing was rejected. The Contractor shall furnish a full report to the using agency on a monthly basis including, but not limited to: a. The total number of tires submitted for retreading b. Number of times deemed unfit for retreading c. Failures by tire manufacturer d. Failures by retread manufacturer e. All warranty credits. Report shall also include the following information for each tire: a. Casing brand code b. Radial (r) c. Tire size d. Latest retread dot code e. Retread brand code f. Retread design g. Out of service reason h. Original tread depth (32nds) i. Remaining tread depth (32nds,) and j. Any recommendations based on observations to prolong tire wear. 6. RETREADS: Tread buff radius and tread diameter shall conform to each tire manufacturer's design specifications. 7. REPAIRS: a. Nail holes shall be repaired at no additional charge. b. Contractor shall provide section repairs as required. State assumes 12% of all radial tires will require section repair 1⁄4” or larger. 8. WARRANTY: All retreading/repairs completed by the Contractor shall be warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the tread. Credits shall be issued for the retread, as well as, the casing according to the following percentage table: TREAD DEPTH REMAINING CREDIT 100% - 50% 100% 49% & below Prorate
