In addition, the engineer is to determine if easements are required. If so, they will berequired to provide all permanent and

construction easement documents. The engineer mayalso assist in acquiring in these easements.The engineering firm shall provide all contract documents, including all project specificportions of the contract documents, using the latest City of Waco format. Constructiondocuments shall include bid documents, Special Provisions, detailed Technical Specifications,and construction plans.
