It will ensure safe and accurate receipt, storage, transfer, and issue for DLA Energy-owned petroleum products at this Government-Owned Contractor-Operated (GOCO) facility. A separate contract award will be issued per location listed. The requirement will be for a four-year base performance period with one five- year option and an option to extend the contract for no more than six months. The period of performance for each location is listed as the follows:i. Elmendorf AB, Alaska will be a four- year base performance period from September 05, 2018 - September 04, 2022, with one five-year option from September 05, 2022 - September 04, 2027, and an option to extend the contract for a total of no more than six months from September 05, 2027- February 04, 2028.ii. Eielson AB, Alaska will be a four- year base performance period from August 01, 2018- July 31, 2022, with one five-year option from August 01, 2022 - July 31, 2027, and an option to extend the contract for a total of no more than six months from August 2027- January 31, 2028.This procurement will be a total small business set-aside. All responsible Small Business Concerns that meet NAICS code (493190) size standards may submit an offer, which will be considered for award. The NAICS Code is 493190.Attachment I, PWS including Appendix's AF for each location were provided under the pre-solicitation on August 22, 2017. Please reference both Appendix's for each
