THIS PROJECT IS IN THE PROVINCE OF KWAZULU-NATAL IN THE UMSHWATHI LOCAL MUNICIPALITY IN THE UMGUNGUNDLOVU DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY. THE DURATION OF THE PROJECT IS 32 MONTHS. It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 9CE. Preferences are offered to tenderers who satisfy the eligibility criteria stipulated in clause C.2.1 of the Tender Data are eligible to have their tenders
