J--Service Contract on Intellispace SMA with Hardware and Software support.

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Contracting Office intends to issue a sole source award, base + 4 option years, for Preventative Maintenance and Service on Philips Intellispace Essential SMA Xcelera system located at the VAMC Bedford, MA facility with Philips Healthcare. Philips is the original manufacturer of the software and can provide access to the software engineers and lab environment that may be required to resolve and verify technical issues as they arise. Software upgrades are proprietary to the manufacturer and is required as part of the Preventative Maintenance. This notice is neither a request for quote nor a solicitation for offers.
