REQUEST for PROPOSALS (RFP) Pyrotechnic Services RECEIPT OF RESPONSES Sealed Responses for Pyrotechnic Services are invited and will be received by the Village of Buffalo Grove, (hereinafter referred to as “the Village”) at 50 Raupp Boulevard (Attn: Office of the Village Clerk), Buffalo Grove, Illinois 60089 on or before, but not later than 10:00 A.M. Local Time on Wednesday, October 17, 2018. Responses will not be publically opened. Each Contractor shall be required to submit copies of their respective Response documents, in a sealed envelope or box, as detailed on page 4, Instructions to Contractors. REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL PURPOSE The Village of Buffalo Grove is looking for a Pyrotechnic Firm to provide a Fireworks display at the Buffalo Grove Golf Course 48 Raupp Blvd, Buffalo Grove IL 60089 on Independence Day Thursday July 4, 2019, Saturday July 4, 2020, and Sunday July 4, 2021.  The intent is to enter into long-term relationship with the selected Contractor.
