Environmental Justice, diversity, equity and inclusion will be taken into consideration throughout the development of all tasks and align with the City strategic priorities the developed Climate Action Plan will include a review of existing policies, projects, initiatives and plans that address climate mitigation and adaptation. The developed Climate Action Plan will include inputs from all City departments and community stakeholders on climate adaptation and mitigation action solutions. Establish a set of climate mitigation strategies and implementation plans for monitoring, measuring progress, and lowering GHG emissions from municipal and community-wide sources. The plan will also provide an estimated timeline for the completion of each task and sub task and recommend a staff hierarchy for implementation and execution of recommended activities. Other Details Submission Proposals for this project can only be accepted via e-bid though the City of Toledo’s PlanetBids portal. Bids prices shall be to two (2) decimal places (i.e. $0.00).
