Request for Proposals for Repointing & Masonry Repairs

This project involves the repointing of mortar joints and masonry repairs at several Village owned facilities and bridges. The contractor agrees to furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment to perform the work specified by the Village in this document. General Contractors must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting walk-through on Thursday, January 23rd, 2020 starting at 9:00 a.m. at the Northbrook Village Hall, 1225 Cedar Lane. After the pre-bid meeting everyone shall visit the work sites to view the areas of work, gather additional information, and ask specific questions. Attendance shall be taken to ensure that all contractors and subcontractors have visited the work sites. Village representatives will be present to discuss the work and answer questions.
