DISA’s Forecast to Industry (F2I) is an annual event in response to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 5.404 - Release of long-range acquisition estimates, which states, “to assist industry planning and to locate additional sources of supply, it may be desirable to publicize estimates of unclassified long-range acquisition requirements.
