To accomplish this, the City anticipates designating two (2) attorneys as the principal public defenders. Attorneys submitting this proposal shall be licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona, a member of good standing in the State Bar of Arizona and otherwise professionally qualified to provide the desired services.
