SummaryThe purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a proposal according to the specifications set forth within this document.The County intends to use the results of this process to award contracts to multiple proposers for engineering, design, and other technical professional services at the Dane County Department of Waste & Renewables' Renewable Natural Gas Facility. 1.2. BackgroundCommissioned in 2019, the Dane County Department of Waste & Renewables (W&R or County) owns and operates a state of the art renewable natural gas (RNG) processing facility that converts landfill bio-gas into pipeline quality natural gas that is injected into the interstate transmission pipeline.
