Enhanced Law Enforcement Patrols for the Willamette Valley and Rogue River Projects of the US Army Corps of Engineers.

This is a special notice prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.2 "Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions." U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price service contract for the procurement of enhanced law enforcement patrols with the Oregon State Police. The purpose of this acquisition is to furnish enhanced law enforcement patrols of recreational areas associated with dams and waterways within the Willamette Valley Projects and the Rogue River Basin during FY19.The statutory authority for this non-competitive acquisition is 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(5) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a Single Source. The Government intends to award this action on or about 01 April 2019. TheNAICS code is 922120, Police Protection. Sector 92: Small business size standards are not established for this Sector. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.
