50917 Proposal to Lease Land at the King Salmon Airport

The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Lot 2, Block 100, consisting of approximately 43,400 square feet (ADA-50917 successive lease to ADA-50744), at King Salmon Airport for 55 years, to expire March 1, 2077.  Applicant:  King Salmon Ground LLC.  Authorized uses:  Aeronautical – Maintenance and operation of a building and ramp area to be used for the handling, forwarding, and storage of air cargo; storage and dispensing of aviation fuel from a mobile fueler for self-fueling purposes; aircraft and vehicle parking; all in support of lessee’s commercial aviation operations. No commercial fuel sales are authorized.  Annual rent:  $7,768.60.
