This park is located along the Credit River, south of the 401. The site’s total area is 62.74 hectares (155 acres) and includes a reach of Fletcher’s Creek and the Credit River. A portion of the southern boundary borders Credit Meadows Park (P-122). The objectives of the project are to complete: • Background studies and site investigations required to support the park design and approvals and permits, including a Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (Schedule B). • Final Development Plan for the full build-out of the site, including development phasing. The plan will reflect the design intent of the preferred concept design for Park 505 as outlined in the Credit River Parks Strategy, and advanced as shown on Park 505 Functional Diagram (Appendix 2). The phasing plan shall establish the detailed extent of phase one works to be constructed. • Detailed Design, approvals, permits and construction administration of phase one park development.
