The City of Reading is requesting proposals for Liggett Ave., Hancock Blvd., and Wyomissing Blvd. Storm Sewer Improvements Project. An electronic proposal, inclusive of all requested information and supporting documents, shall be submitted via the Pennbid Program (www.pennbid.net). Proposals shall be received until 2:00 P.M., prevailing time on August 22, 2023.Specifications and Proposal Forms for the above work can be obtained via Penn Bid at www.pennbid.net. There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting for this project July 24th, 2023 at 2:00pm. Each proposal shall be accompanied by bid surety in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal. A certified check or bid bond will be accepted. The City of Reading reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, and to accept or reject any part of a bid, as may be in the public interest.
