Public Notice RFO 23-08 Request for Offers for Leasing Real Property The County of Amador is seeking sealed offers for lease of approximately 152.36 acres for the purpose of livestock grazing of certain real property located within the unincorporated area of Amador County which real property is specifically described as APN# 005-020-018-000. The lease shall be for a term of 5 (five) years, terminable upon 60 days written notice; a minimum price of $24.00 per acre per year; and subject to the additional terms and conditions set forth in the “Grazing Land Lease Agreement” on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. Sealed offers will be received by the County of Amador Purchasing Office; by U.S. Mail at 12200B Airport Road, Jackson, CA 95642-9527; or delivered in person, U.P.S., Federal Express, or by any other carrier to 12200B Airport Road, Martell, CA: until 1:30 p.m., Thursday September21, 2023 at which time, sealed proposals will be opened and read publicly at the Purchasing Office, and the lease will be executed at the regular Board of Supervisors meeting 810 Court St., Jackson on October 10, 2023.
