(https://la28.org) Business Requirements: 1) Conduct need assessment to identify skills & training needs via surveys, interviews & data analysis 2) Develop customized training curriculum including instructional design, content creation, and review and approval processes 3) Deliver training to the workforce, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning options, with experienced trainers and facilitators 4) Manage training logistics – scheduling, registration, attendance tracking, certification, etc. 5) Evaluate training effectiveness via feedback through surveys.
