NOTICE TO ARCHITECTS / ENGINEERS The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is soliciting the services of qualified firms/individuals to perform programming and A/E design services for the following project: COX AUDITORIUM ADDITION AND REMODEL UTAH TECH UNIVERSITY ST. GEORGE, UTAH DFCM PROJECT# 24275640 Project Description: This project will consist of a remodel and addition to the Cox Performing Arts Center. Construction Budget: $25,700,000.00 The initial contract award will be for programming only. After satisfactory completion of the programming, DFCM may award design services to the programming consultant. The selection shall be under the Value Based Selection method. The Solicitation for Programming and A/E Design Services documents, including the submittal requirements and the selection criteria and schedule, will be available at 3:00 PM on Monday, June 5, 2023 on the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) website and can also be accessed via the DFCM website - Electronic Bidding.
