The regulations have been made permanent and have been filed by the Lt. Governor. The regulations will appear in Register 248, January 2024, of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations changes are summarized as follows:The department repealed regulations in 18 AAC 75 dealing with Class 2 facilities – facilities that store noncrude oil in aboveground storage tanks and have storage capacities of 1,000 gallons or greater but less than 420,000 gallons.
