Scope of Work The City of Gainesville (hereafter "City") is requesting proposals from lobbying firms to provide professional legislative consulting and lobbying services to the City of Gainesville, including General Government and Gainesville Regional Utilities, for the period beginning October 1, 2017 and ending one (1) year thereafter with three (3) additional optional one (1) year renewals. This includes but is not limited to scheduled, extended, and special Federal legislative sessions and anytime throughout the year deemed necessary by the city.
