IFB No. 24-198 for: Abatement at Springfield High School of Science & Technology will be received until 2:00 PM: April 4, 2024 BY: The Office of Procurement Neil Walker, Deputy Procurement Officer 36 Court Street, Room 307, Springfield, MA 01103 Phone (413) 787-6284 fax 787-6295 at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Office of Procurement. The City of Springfield is seeking bids from qualified firms to enter into an agreement to provide abatement services for project work at the following Springfield Public Schools. These bids fall under M.G.L. Ch. 149 and other procurement statutes. Work includes, but is not limited to: asbestos and associated materials abatement as designated in the Contract Documents. Bid documents can be requested through the City’s website; www.springfield-ma.gov (during normal business hours) beginning on March 20, 2024. Bid 24-198 – High School of Science & Technology, 1250 State St. Springfield, MA 01109. Estimated value of the contract is approximately $100,000.00. It is strongly encouraged to attend a site visit on 3/27/24 at 9:00 A.M. on-site. All questions regarding the IFB or its specifications must be received in writing by the Office of Procurement on or before 3/28/24 by 4:30 P.M.
