A fourth amendment to the acquisition plan is necessary as the PSL’s 4-year duration is coming to an end and not all levee repair projects have been advertised and awarded. Two projects (R-548 and R-520) have just recently been funded in FY23 under Section 120 of the 2020 Water Resources Development Act after being previously ineligible under Public Law 84-99. Theseprojects were added to the PSL in Amendment 0003. Several levees were repaired under Rapid Disaster Infrastructure cost-reimbursable task orders, but still require minor follow on repairs this fall and are suitable for fixed-price contracts. This amendment only extends the duration of the PSL and revises the levee system estimates based on either actual awards or revised working estimates. Revisions are shown in green text. No new levee projects are being added to the PSL. The overall ceiling $119,555,000 of the approved acquisition plan and D&F remains unchanged. The notice will remain in SAM for the life of the PSL and interested contractors can still apply for the PSL.See enclosed PSL-Amendment
