Notice of Intent to Increase Ceiling on Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award ContractThe Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) intends to award a modification to an existing multiple award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to increase the ceiling for support services for Cooperative Threat Reduction Integrating Contract (CTRIC) III. The purpose of this ceiling increase is to allow the continuation of work currently performed under associated task orders while the follow-on IDIQ contract is competed. This modification will increase the contract ceiling by $164.4M, from $970M to $1.13B. This modification will be issued under the authority of 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) 3204(a)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B), Only One Responsible Source, and no other services will satisfy agency requirements.This announcement is for notification purposes only, and shall NOT be construed as a formal solicitation or Request for Proposal (RFP) nor is the Government obligated to issue an RFP.
