Invitation to Tender - One Small Multi-Use Mobile Equipment Unit Project Description :The City of Fernie is seeking proposals for the supply of a small multi-use mobile equipment unit to replace an aged out 2014 Bobcat Toolcat. The ideal unit would have an enclosed cab and can perform the following tasks: 1. sweeping boulevards (front broom) 2. Use on sports field (turf tires) 3. Run fertilizer (electrical speader) 4. *Dragging for ball diamonds 5. Hauling materials and tools 6. drilling Auger attachment 7. Dike maintenance 8. Salting/sanding (spreader) 9. Clear snow on pathways Operational Challenges with currently owned Unit • Maintenance – difficult not easy to work on, not versatile parts • 10 years old The City is seeking proposals that include: Credit- for-trade of this unit Demonstration of proposed unit trade of attachments
