The contractor shall provide professional Painting Services for the U.S. Consulate GeneralJeddah, Saudi Arabia. The contractor shall complete all work, including furnishing all labor,material, equipment, and services, unless otherwise specified herein, required under this contractfor stated services within the time specified herein. In consideration of satisfactory performanceof all scheduled services required under this agreement, the contractor shall be paid a firm fixedpricefor all services.This is a Blanket Purchase Agreement with fixed service charges. The fixed price listed belowshall include all labor, materials, overhead, and profit. This agreement shall not obligate anyfunds. Hence the US Consulate Jeddah is not obligated to purchase any definite amount underthis agreement.
