The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Northwestern Division (NWD), Seattle District (NWS) requires AE Services to support Facility Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (FSRM) Program at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) and its sub-installations.Selections will be made under the procurement procedures of Public Law 92-582 (the Brooks Act). Firms will be selected for negotiations based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the required work. The North American Industry Classification System NAICS Code for this procurement is 541330 for Engineering Services. This announcement for IDIQ A-E services is set-aside for small business firms. For the purposes of this procurement, a concern is considered a small business for NAICS 541330 if its annual gross receipts are $25.5 million or less. The Government intends to award an anticipated five (5) small business contracts to the most highly qualified small business A-E firms.
