The Global Fund sub-recipients operate in the following regions: City of Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality King Cetswayo Municipality Ugu District Municipality Buffalo City Municipality Amathole District Municipality Enhlazeni Local Municipality City of Cape Town eThekwini Metropolitan Municipality Frances Baard District Municipality City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality Dr Kenneth Kaunda District Municipality The service provider should be able to provide services in all South African provinces. Furthermore, the service provider should also be able to provide services internationally The service provider will be expected to provide the following services: Reservations through an Online Booking Tool/System. Booking services for: Accommodation Car rental and shuttle services Flight tickets Conferencing After operating hours services (either accommodation or travel). Invoicing system for monthly charges. Generate automated reports. The Travel Management Company must comply with Isibani travel policy and procedures, PFMA, and the Global Fund’s standards and regulations (including air travel, road transport, and accommodation) and manage all travellers’
