Baxter's Creek Sanitary Repair

The Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) is requesting quotations to complete civil works on Baxter’s Creek adjacent to Valley Trail. The scope of work shall include the following: Excavate and expose sanitary main to a minimum 600mm below pipe. Install Geotextile and 300mm thick base pad of 100mm Pit Run. Install Approx. +/- 5 Cu.m. concrete encasement as shown in Pipe Encasement Detail including inset cobbles. Backfill remaining trench with Approx. +/- 20 Cu.m. graded 400-600mm Boulders, 100-175mm Cobbles and Sand. Contractor to remove and replace riprap sidewalls required to permit construction on sanitary main. Contract duration Refer to the description above for full details.
