Other Details Proposals via PlanetBids will be received by the City of Reno until 2:00 P.M. Local Time on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, for Contract Number F200028-C. Said Proposal shall include all labor, tools, implements, machinery, materials, and any incidentals necessary to complete the work in the manner and time prescribed, and in strict conformity with the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. In general, the major work items include: Installation of retroreflective borders on signal heads, replacement of signal indication lights, painting of signal heads, and other miscellaneous work as outlined in the plans and specifications at various traffic signalized intersections throughout the City of Reno. The Bidders attention is directed to Nevada Revised Statutes 338.01165, enacted by the Nevada Legislature by passage of Senate Bill No. 207, setting forth the requirements for the use of apprentices on public works which requires a contractor or subcontractor to comply with certain requirements relating to the use of apprentices on public works.
