All other requirements of the pre-qualification ordinance (working in a public right-of-way) are not waived. In lieu of pre-qualification, Bidder is required to submit other evidence of knowledge and experience relating to Bidder’s ability to perform the work required for this project. A Bidder Special Questionnaire is available through the Electronic Bidding Process and must be properly completed and submitted with the Bid. Failure to properly complete the Bidder Special Questionnaire may be cause for the Bid to be recommended for rejection. In addition, the Bidder must be a licensed commercial fire sprinkler company in the State of Oklahoma operating under the Oklahoma Department of Labor, Alarm, Locksmith, and Fire Sprinkler Industry Act and Administrative Rules.
