Advertisement for Bids Request for Proposals The Conyers City Council is soliciting sealed bids to furnish all labor, materials and equipment for approximately 8.12 miles of asphaltic concrete pavement milling, patching, crack sealing, resurfacing, striping, and cement stabilized base reclamation on numerous streets in the City. Bids will be accepted until the bid opening date and time on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. EST at the City of Conyers (Public Meeting Room) located at 901 O’Kelly Street, Conyers, Georgia 30012. A mandatorypre-bid conference will be held on Monday, April 15, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. EST.located at the City of Conyers (Public Meeting Room) located at 901 O’Kelly Street, Conyers, Georgia 30012. Submit questions and/or requests for clarifications regarding this bid no later than Thursday, April 18, 2024 by 5:00 p.m. EST. Written responses will be issued in an addendum. All bidders shall be prequalified and all subcontractors shall be registered with the Georgia Department of Transportation. A 5% Bid Bond will be required.
