All work is to be performed in strict accordance with the plans and specifications.All work shall be performed in a manner that would prevent disruptions of courthouse operations including performing work at night and on the weekends where needed.The successful bidder will submit certificate of workers comp., liability insurance and e-verify compliance when the bid is awarded. Payment and performance bonds or if the amount is less than $200,000 an irrevocable letter of credit from a local bank in the amount of 100% of the project cost will be required.
