The Governments lease is expiring at this location.The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Lumberton, N.C. The Government is interested in considering alternative space if it would be economically advantageous. The Government will consider the relocation costs, including the physical move and the voice and data systems move, when

Adjacent streets showing proposed ingress/egress shall be shown on the plans.3. Rentable square feet (RSF) and ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to be offered.4. Date of space availability.5.
