Pre-Solicitation NoticeSynopsis:The CONOPS National DC MABO is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts (WORT) Perform Structural Repairs Filene Center project.This is a pre-solicitation notice only and does not constitute a solicitation. Accordingly, no response is due at this time, nor will any questions of a technical or contractual nature be answered. Specific instructions on submitting responses will be contained in solicitation documents. A date and time for a site visit will be specified in the solicitation. This procurement action is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside.The NAICS code is 236220, with a size standard of $45 million and the Product Service Code is Z2JZ.This requirement is being procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 36.204(b), Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Project and the magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.This work involves, but

is not limited to the following:Repairs to shear crack in single reinforced concrete column located at the basement driveway.Repairs to crack in concrete vertical wall adjacent to the loading dock.Repairs to cracks in the concrete slab and concrete stairs located on the amphitheater seating areas.Repairs to corroded anchor bolts at the base of the bridge walkway columns.Construction work is limited to the following timeframes outside of the performing season:1. October 1 through December 12.
